Day 01
Arrival at Dehradun

Arrive Dehradun by own one day prior to fly for Kedarnath ji & Badrinath Ji (OR we can book your flight tickets at extra cost)

Be at the hotel by 7:30 PM for a briefing session (exact time shared on arrival) to receive important tour details and duffel bags for your luggage. Rest well and prepare for the start of your Chardham Yatra!

Nex day you will fly from Dehradun to Kedarnath [Helicopter Flight Duration: 30 - 40 mins]

Arrival at Kedar-top Helipad:

  • Land at the Kedar-top Helipad, ready to begin your sacred experience.

VIP Darshan at Kedarnath Temple:

  • Be escorted by our handlers for a hassle-free and exclusive VIP darshan at the Kedarnath Temple.

Kedarnath Temple Overview:

  • Kedarnath is one of India's most revered pilgrimage destinations, located in the Uttarakhand region of the Indian Himalayas.
  • Part of the sacred Char Dham Yatra, the temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
  • Perched at an altitude of approximately 3,583 meters (11,755 feet) above sea level, Kedarnath offers devotees a spiritually uplifting journey amidst the serene beauty of the Himalayas.

 

 

Fly to Badrinath:

  • Depart from Kedarnath and head towards the serene and sacred city of Badrinath, also known as the city of Narayan.

Badrinath Temple Overview:

  • Badrinath is one of India's most sacred pilgrimage destinations, nestled in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand.
  • Situated at an altitude of 3,133 meters (10,279 feet) in the Himalayas, it is a prominent site in the Char Dham Yatra.
  • Dedicated to Lord Vishnu in his form as Badri Narayan, the temple is over a thousand years old and holds immense spiritual significance for Hindus, serving as a major spiritual center for centuries.

 

Arrival at Badrinath Helipad:

  • Land at the Badrinath Helipad, where our handlers will assist in transferring you to the temple parking area.

Escort to the Temple:

  • From the parking area, be guided to the Badrinath Temple for a seamless VIP darshan of Lord Badri Narayan.

Leisure Time:

  • Enjoy a few leisurely hours in the picturesque valley near the temple, soaking in the serene ambiance and natural beauty.

Return to Dehradun:

After your darshan and leisure time, board the helicopter for your return journey to Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun.

  • All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.

  • Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

  • Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..

  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

  • 50 advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 4 days of departure date.
  • 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 7 days of departure date.
  • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

If you Cancel your Holiday

  • 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost

  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost

  • 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
