Arrival at Dehradun: Arrive at Dehradun Airport or Railway Station where our friendly driver will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel.
Hotel Check-In & Welcome: Enjoy a comfortable check-in and unwind in your cozy room with a complimentary stay.
Dinner & Acclimatization: Relish a delightful dinner, giving you time to relax and acclimatize to the altitude.
Briefing Session: Please gather at the hotel by 7:30 PM (exact time will be shared upon arrival) for an informative briefing session, where your tour coordinator will share important details about the upcoming journey. Duffel bags for your belongings will also be distributed.
Rest for the Journey: Prepare yourself for an exciting start to the Dodham Yatra by getting a good night’s sleep.
Journey to Kedarnath: After breakfast, you’ll be transferred by helicopter from Dehradun to either Guptkashi, Sersi, or Phata helipad.
Helicopter Transfer to Kedarnath: From the base helipad, you’ll take another short helicopter ride (6-10 minutes) to Kedarnath. Please note that waiting time (10 minutes to 3 hours) may occur due to shuttle availability, weather, or technical reasons.
VIP Darshan at Kedarnath Temple: Upon arrival at the Kedar-top Helipad, you’ll be escorted to the temple for a VIP Darshan, where you’ll experience the sacred rituals and serenity of this divine site.
Return Transfer: After darshan, return to the Kedar Basecamp Helipad for a transfer back to the Kedar Basecamp.
Overnight at Kedar Basecamp: Relax at the Kedar Basecamp, enjoy a delicious dinner, and rest up for the next day of your Yatra.
Departure to Badrinath: Start the day with a scenic helicopter journey from Kedarnath to Badrinath, enjoying breathtaking views of the Himalayan valleys and peaks.
Arrival at Badrinath: Upon arrival at the Badrinath Helipad, our team will assist you with your transfer to the hotel, where you’ll have the option to enjoy either breakfast or lunch.
VIP Darshan at Badrinath Temple: After freshening up, visit the Badrinath Temple for a VIP Darshan of Lord Narayan and immerse yourself in the sacred atmosphere of the temple.
Explore Mana Village: Post-darshan, take a short excursion to Mana Village, the last village before the Indo-Tibetan border. Explore the famous Vyas Gufa (cave), Ganesh Gufa (cave), Bheem Pul (bridge), and the origin of the Saraswati River, all deeply intertwined with mythological significance.
Leisure Time & Dinner: Return to your hotel in the evening, where you can relax and enjoy a comforting dinner. Reflect on your spiritual journey through the valley of Lord Narayan and prepare for the final day of the Yatra.
Breakfast and Blessings: After breakfast, visit the temple once more to seek blessings from Lord Badri Narayan before departing.
Return Flight to Dehradun: Board the helicopter for your return flight to Dehradun, taking with you cherished memories of your Dodham Yatra.
Arrival & Transfer: Upon arrival in Dehradun, we’ll assist with the collection of your luggage and arrange your comfortable transfer to the airport, railway station, or bus stand as per your departure schedule.
Tour Conclusion: The journey concludes upon drop-off at your chosen departure point in Dehradun, marking the end of your unforgettable Dodham Yatra.

GST if not mentioned in the rates
All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.
Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
