The USA Gala West Coast is a vibrant 6-nights / 7-days group tour across iconic locations in California and Nevada, starting in San Francisco and weaving through nature and city life with stops in Yosemite National Park, Fresno, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. The journey includes comfortable hotel stays, private airport transfers, Wi-Fi at all hotels, a knowledgeable tour director throughout (day 1 evening through day 6), and most meals—breakfasts and Indian dinners each day. Highlights include a Bay Cruise in San Francisco with sights such as Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge, a city tour including Twin Peaks and cable car ride, a scenic drive to Yosemite for sightseeing, shopping at Tejon Outlets, guided LA landmarks tour, a full-day at Universal Studios Hollywood, plus an evening Las Vegas city tour featuring the Bellagio fountains, Fremont Street light show, and other famed attractions. Day 01
Arrive San Francisco
  • We provide complimentary airport pick-up from SFO AIRPORT
  • Once you reach the baggage claim, please call the driver’s number provided on the voucher. The driver will inform you of the meeting point.
  • Meet and greet is available at an additional cost of $45 at AIRPORT

Important: Please provide the guest's valid Roaming / WhatsApp app phone number so we can contact them to ensure smooth arrival and departure transfers.

  • Check-in is at 4 PM in SFO. The Hotel will ask for Credit cards for incidentals. The hotel will accept Cash or credit cards only in the guest's name. The only cards accepted are international credit/debit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discovery Card. If there are no incidental charges, the hotel will release the hold from the credit card within three weeks. Everyone takes a zero- balance statement at check-out.
  • Meet your tour manager at 7 p.m. in the hotel lobby to start the tour.
  • Walk 10 minutes from the hotel and enjoy a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant—a perfect way to relax after a long journey and introduce yourself to all the group members.

San Francisco's Twin Peaks are two prominent hills near the city's center. Each one stands about 922 feet tall and offers fantastic views of the Bay Area down to the water.

San Francisco - Yosemite - Fresno
  • Today, after breakfast at the hotel, you will drive from SFO TO YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK (approximately 3.5 hours drive). Yosemite is internationally recognized for its granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, sequoia groves, lakes, mountains, meadows, and glaciers. Enjoy the breathtaking beauty and learn about the history, wildlife, and geology's most famous sights.
  • Lunch on your own.
  • From YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK, drive to Fresno (approximately 1 1/2 hours) to check into your hotel. En route, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.
  • In the event of wildfires, snow and ice, road icing, and road closures, we reserve the right to temporarily change the day's itinerary to ensure the safety of the guests instead of going to Yosemite.

Los Angeles - Las Vegas
  • After breakfast at the hotel, it is time to enjoy Universal Studios Hollywood (900AM—400PM). This Sprawling Amusement Park with thrilling theme rides, restaurants, shows, shops, and one of the oldest real-working movie studios in use is a unique and fun-filled experience for the whole family. There’s lots to explore for all ages throughout the park.

  • We will leave the park in the afternoon (at approximately 4 p.m.) and proceed to Las Vegas.
  • Dinner at an Indian restaurant. After dinner, enjoy exploring the bright lights of the famous LAS VEGAS.
  • Now it is time for the city tour, which will give an unobstructed view of the Vegas glitz and glamour by the coach. This tour will cover famous landmarks like Bellagio Fountains, the iconic ‘Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas’ sign, and the FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE—VIVA VISION LIGHT SHOW - a sound and light

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..

  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

  • 50 advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 4 days of departure date.
  • 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 7 days of departure date.
  • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies
