Surrounded by world-renowned tea gardens and towering mountains, Darjeeling remains one of the most sought-after travel destinations. As Graeme Westlake aptly describes in his book ‘An Introduction to Hill Stations of India,’ Darjeeling offers “a view scarcely rivaled on Earth.”

Begin the day with an early morning excursion to Tiger Hill (subject to availability of a permit) to witness a mesmerizing sunrise over the Himalayan range, featuring peaks such as Kanchendzonga and Mount Everest. After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a city tour including visits to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays), established by Tenzing Norgay after his successful ascent of Mt. Everest, the Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, a panoramic Tea Estate (view from outside), the Japanese Temple, and the Peace Pagoda.

After breakfast, drive to Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim.
GANGTOK: Nestled at an altitude of 1,750 meters, Gangtok emerged as the state capital in the mid-19th century and has since evolved into a vibrant city. The town's landscape is adorned with impressive government structures featuring traditional Buddhist motifs. A gateway to North Sikkim, Gangtok is enveloped by monasteries and stunning orchid blooms, making it a paradise for travelers.

After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of Gangtok, covering key attractions such as Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, the Plant Conservatory, the Handicraft Center, the Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten, the Ropeway (on direct payment basis), and Bakthang Falls.

After breakfast, set out on a full-day excursion to Changu Lake, located 35 km from Gangtok at an altitude of 12,400 feet. This glacial lake, fed by melting snow from the surrounding mountains, is steeped in legend—monks were believed to predict the future by analyzing the lake’s changing hues.
Later, visit the revered New Baba Mandir before returning to Gangtok.

After breakfast, drive to Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station in time for your onward journey.

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
