Day Wise Itinerary:
DAY ZERO (0) :
- A day to meet and greet and know other participants and about this Expedition.
- We invite all participants for a lunch meet a week before we start this Mega Expedition to make you understand the overview of Expedition, precautions, things to carry and we also answer all your doubts before we start the Drive.
- We all decide convoy formation and put expedition stickers on cars. We distribute RC Expedition Kit and other physical documents as well.
Day 1 – (Dec 20) Sat : Bangalore → Rajahmundry (800+ km, 12–13 h)
- You’ll gather at 6:00 AM at a common meet up point for a grand flag-off.
- After breakfast we begin the long, scenic drive through Andhra Pradesh’s verdant countryside. Cross the impressive Godavari Bridge near Rajahmundry.
- Arrive by night, check in at Rajahmundry hotel. Overnight stay post dinner
Day 2 – Dec 21 (Sun) : Rajahmundry → Puri (620 km, 9 –10 h)
- Dear TeamBreakfast at Rajahmundry Hotel then depart around 8:30 AM. Drive across coastal Andhra into Odisha, reaching Puri by evening.
- Check in at a high-end beach-view hotel. In the evening, take a serene walk along Puri’s famed golden sands.
- Overnight stay Post dinner at the Puri hotel.
Day 3 – Dec 22 (Mon) : Puri → Konark → Bhubaneswar (80 km, 2–3 h)
- Before breakfast, visit the sacred Jagannath Temple in Puri a major pilgrimage site with centuries of tradition.
- After Breakfast head towards the renowned 13th-century Sun Temple at Konark, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its monumental chariot form and exquisite stone carvings. Continue to Bhubaneswar via Dhawalgiri then check in at hotel.
- In the evening we visit Lingaraj Temple and overnight stay post dinner at BBSR.
Day 4 – Dec 23: Bhubaneswar → Deogarh (600 km, 12–13 h)
- Breakfast at the hotel, check out at 8:30 AM towards Jharkhand via West Bengal. Reach at Deogarh by evening.
- After checking in at hotel, Dinner and overnight Stay
Day 5 – Dec 24 (Wed) : Deogarh → Darbhanga (250 km, 6–7 h)
- Early Morning we do darshan of Baidyanath Jyotirling and come back to Hotel
- After breakfast, drive towards north through scenic landscape of Bihar.
- Today we cross Ganges River through Simaria Bridge. Arrive Darbhanga by evening, Overnight stay post dinner at Darbhanga Resort.

Day 6 – Dec 25 (Thu) : Darbhanga → Sitamarhi → Janakpur (110 km, 2-3 h)
- Post-breakfast, we head towards Sitamarhi, birthplace of Goddess Sita.
- Post that we cross Indian Border and enter Nepal and head towards Janakpur Upon Reaching Janakpur check in the hotel and in evening Explore the majestic Janaki Mandir, the pink marble shrine dedicated to Goddess Sita.
- Overnight stay in Janakpur post dinner.
Day 7 – Dec 26 (Fri) : Janakpur → Kathmandu (220 km, 6 h)
- Breakfast at hotel, then drive across Nepal’s plains and hilly roads toward Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Check in at hotel.
- Overnight stay at Kathmandu Hotel post dinner.
Day 8 – Dec 27 (Sat) : Kathmandu Local
- Breakfast in Kathmandu, then visit Pashupatinath Temple (a UNESCO-listed Hindu sacred site) and Boudhanath Stupa, the center of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. After lunch, discover Patan Durbar Square’s ornate Newari architecture.
- Return for dinner at your hotel, perhaps accompanied by traditional music. Overnight stay post Dinner.
Day 9 – Dec 28 (Sun) : Kathmandu → Pokhara (200 km, 6 h)
- After breakfast, descend through terraced hills into Pokhara.
- Arrive afternoon at a premier lakeside hotel. Evening serene boat ride
- on Phewa Lake, then dinner and overnight stay at Pokhara.
Day 10 – Dec 29 (Mon) : Pokhara → Muktinath → Pokhara (300+ km)
- Begin with breakfast followed by a serene early morning drive towards Muktinath Temple and lower Mustang. Return back to Pokhara by evening
- Overnight stay post dinner at Pokhara.
Day 11 – Dec 30 (Tue) : Pokhara → Chitwan (150 km, 3–4 h)
- Post-breakfast, drive south to Chitwan. Arrive by afternoon at your luxury Resort.
- Take a guided jungle safari along the Rapti River, with chances to spot elephants, rhinos, Bengal Tigers and diverse birds.
- Dinner may includes cultural Tharu performances
Day 12 – Dec 31 (Wed) : Chitwan → Gorakhpur (200 km, 5–6 h)
- After breakfast, cross back into India and reach Gorakhpur mid-afternoon.
- Check in at Ramada Gorakhpur. In the evening, celebrate New Year 2026 Eve, with gala dinner, live music, and midnight toast.
Day 13 – Jan 1 (Thu) : Gorakhpur → Ayodhya → Lucknow (270 km, 5–6 h)
- Breakfast, followed by departure toward Lucknow with a stop at Ayodhya Ram Mandir, the recently consecrated temple of Lord Rama. Arrive Lucknow, check into the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Lucknow post Dinner
Day 14 – Jan 2 (Fri) : Lucknow → Jabalpur (500 km, 10–11 h)
- Breakfast then cross Uttar Pradesh into Madhya Pradesh. Reach Jabalpur at evening, check in at hotel.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Jabalpur hotel.
Day 15 – Jan 3 (Sat) : Jabalpur → Nizamabad (600+ km, 10–11 h)
- After breakfast, head south through MP and Telangana. Arrive Nizamabad by evening. Check into the hotel.
- Dinner features refined South and North Indian flavours. Overnight Stay at Nizamabad.
Day 16 – Jan 4 (Sun) : Nizamabad → Bangalore (700 km, 10–11 h)
- Final breakfast before the last leg of your journey back to Bangalore via NH44.
- Arrive by evening with a farewell evening tea before entering the city raising a toast to an epic voyage.
